Enrolling in Benefits

You are eligible for benefits if you are a permanent, nonseasonal employee. Coverage is effective on your date of hire or the date of your qualifying life event.

Eligible Dependents

You can enroll your eligible dependents:

• Your spouse
• Your domestic partner who lives with you
• Your children

You have 31 days following a qualifying life event, such as marriage, divorce, birth or adoption, to make changes to your benefits.

To add an eligible dependent, please open a Guidepost ticket and include your dependent’s JMBG. Supporting documentation (e.g., birth certificate, marriage certificate, etc.) must be submitted.
